At Devinlo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective products

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 support@devinlo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

3. Return Shipping

In most cases, you don’t need to return the item. If a return is required, we will provide the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
